Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Forsite, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Forsite," "we," "us"), handles personal information on forsite.io and the community pages, rep portal, and related services we operate. We do not publish a street address. Privacy requests go to support@forsite.io.

Information we collect

Account sign-up collects:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Password, which is handled by our authentication provider and is not stored in plaintext by the application

Buyer inquiry forms on community pages collect the following. Email or phone is required; the rest is optional:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact method (email, phone, or text)
  • A free-text message
  • The community, lot, and home model the buyer was looking at, when those were selected

Billing is processed by Square. Card numbers are tokenized by Square's payment form. Forsite stores Square customer and card identifiers so we can bill the subscription. We do not store full card numbers.

Customers also upload content they choose to publish, such as photos, plat maps, floor plans, renderings, logos, and community descriptions. That content can appear on public community pages.

Who receives buyer inquiries

When someone submits a buyer inquiry, the information is shared with:

  • The sales rep the form is sent to, including by email
  • The builder organization that owns the community, which can view and manage the lead in its pipeline
  • A CRM the builder has connected, when a CRM export is enabled (for example HubSpot or a webhook)
  • Resend, the email provider that delivers the new-lead email
  • Forsite admins, who can view leads to operate and support the service

We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising or analytics pixels on the public site.

Other service providers

  • Google Fonts and, on pages with a map, Google Maps. Those requests send the visitor's IP address and browser information to Google when the page loads.
  • Square, for subscription billing.
  • Resend, for transactional email such as new-lead notifications.
  • Supabase, which hosts the database, authentication, and uploaded files.

Public pages do not set advertising cookies. After you sign in, the product uses cookies required to keep your session.

How long we keep information

We keep account and lead information for as long as the account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. Reps can delete leads from their portal. To ask about access or deletion of your information, email support@forsite.io.
